I SCARYMARY am indeed a powerful woman, a Goddess in the flesh, beautiful and statuesque, yet also blessed with many special gifts, both physical and metaphysical. I have accumulated a plethora of my own work, in many medias, over the last 30 years. I Found my first success in the business of hand-painted T-shirts in the markets of New York City, and New Orleans. I hand-painted thousands of shirts of over 100 designs, from "clown with weapon" to "Bad girl" and sold them to fans all over the world. I also painted work on canvas and board, and had many exhibits from galleries in NYC "the Bill bass gallery" to New Orleans "The Barristers Gallery, and gallery Toulouse" (1986-2000). After a marriage and a consequential move to Buenos Aires, Argentina, I craved the hot latino style of living and moved to Miami. In South Fl I found my next success as a GODDESS in the Fetish scene and with my band SCARYMARY and her EVOLPETs. With this change of living, came a new erotic style of art (2000-2011). During this time in South Fl, my clients that were art collectors, paid top dollar for my work. I am the daughter of the late great Master Painter, Sebastian Domenico (1924-2010). I was nurtured in the studio of a Master, with paintings stacked upon paintings, pouring out of the hands of My incredible Father, a Master and a genius. He painted 4 vigorous hours a day, religiously, and upon his death left his family over 1000 paintings, over which I am the director. His paintings range from nature scenes to mind bending fantasies and he mastered the styles from impressionism and expressionism to post modern. Today I find myself owner and director of a plethora of work, which has accumulated like a museum, around me. Amazingly, I met David De beers, whom has become my agent, and friend. Our desire is to bring this work to the right collectors and publications so that the whole world can marvel, admire, and be enlightened by the exceptional creative power it holds. For 30 years I have joyously attacked every day with the vigor and discipline, intensity and creative free spirit, the like of an olympic athlete. I have squeezed the life out of every day and enjoyed every drop as a fine wine, and I have twenty illustrated diaries to prove it! You are invited to come with us and enjoy and partake in this breathtaking life journey, of two incredible painters, Father and daughter. The exchange of this fine art, will bring to the table an offering of fortuitous amounts of joy and inspiration to the buyer and the beholder. It's as if each piece is a gateway to the future of mankind, in some culturally magnificent way, and must find it's rightful place.
My style is modern, fantastic, expressionistic, and sometimes gaudy, yet masterful. I have shown in fine galleries around the world. My antics as a Goddess have proven worthy of several tabloids (New Times, Village Voice). I have books and videos and cd's and all of my creations can be viewed on the world wide web.
